After Hours Research Assistance Available with Ask Us 24/7

Golisano Library offers a program called Ask Us 24/7 which provides research assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you find that you need help and the library is closed or there are no librarians available to assist you, click on the Ask Us link on the white bar in the top right corner of the library website or go to the library’s Ask Us page at roberts.libanswers.com and enter your question in the Ask Us 24/7 box under live chat. Your question will be picked up in 2 minutes or less by a librarian from another library who has access to our resources. A Golisano Librarian can follow up with you if you need additional help after using Ask Us. Take the stress out of research with Ask Us 24/7.
