Congratulations and Farewell to Matthew and Christine Ballard

The Golisano Library and Roberts/NES community want to give a huge thank you to Matthew Ballard, who will be leaving his position as Director of Library Services at the end of June. In February, Matt accepted a position as Assistant Director for Collections Strategies at Davidson College outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. Matt and his wife Christine will be traveling down together to start a new adventure after six years of serving the students at Roberts and Northeastern Seminary. Christine, who is currently the Assistant Professor of Public Health in the School of Business, has accepted a role as Manager of Clinical Research for a community-based COVID-19 study at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The multi-state collaborative study will share regional data with the CDC and NIH in order to better understand the widespread impact of novel coronavirus on defined communities. From everyone on and off campus, we will miss you, and have faith that God has great things in store for both of you!
